    • We help streamline your operations by taking care of time-consuming tasks, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

  • How much do you charge for your services?
    • One-off support is charged at £25 per hour. The amount of hours needed will be discussed and agreed beforehand. We can offer discounts if a monthly retainer is put in place.

  • Do you provide on-site support?
    • Our work is primary remote. If you require any setups which require someone to physically be there, e.g. hardware setup, this will have to be agreed beforehand and will be at an additional cost to cover any travel, accommodation, etc

  • Will you work exclusively for me / my business?
    • Typically, we will work with multiple clients, but we can discuss exclusivity based on your requirements. If you need dedicated support for you or your business, we can arrange a customised solution.

  • Can we communicate with you during the day?
    • Absolutely! We provide various communication channels such as email, video calls, and messaging apps to ensure smooth and efficient communication. You can reach out whenever you need updates or have questions.

  • Is my information safe with you?
    • Yes, we take privacy and security seriously. We use encrypted communication channels and follow strict confidentiality protocols to ensure that your sensitive information remains protected.   • How do I know if Gemini Consultancy is the best fit for me / my business?
    • We offer an initial consultation to understand your needs and goals, and it gives us a chance to get to know each other a little better. During the first few weeks of working together, we can have regularly check-ins and make any adjustments to services where needed.

  • How do I pay for your services?
    • We accept payments via bank transfer. All details on when and how to pay will be detailed in the contract and on invoices.
